It will be released on September 29, 2009 under Hollywood Records. Gomez worked with several writers and producers on the album including Gina Schock of the Go-Go's. Musically, the album has a combination of different styles, prominently rock, synthpop, and dance elements.
The lead single from the album is "Falling Down," which peaked in the Billboard Hot 100 at number ninety-two and at eighty-three in the Canadian Hot 100.
